About Our Board Members
Jeff is the Club's President. He is the Head Coach of the Boys U14 Red competitive team.

Andre is the Club's Vice President. For more than two decades, Andre Maragh has been deeply involved in all aspects of the Club. He has always given his time as a volunteer parent-coach, driven by his passion for the game and dedication to the players. He was appointed Vice President of the Board in 2018, a role he continues to hold today. Andre exemplifies the true spirit of volunteerism, putting in untold hours over the years to advance the Club’s mission and promote the growth and development of soccer in Ottawa.

Susan is the Club's Secretary.

David is the Club's Treasurer. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Club since 2003 and has served as President from 2007-2026. With 60 years of experience in the Federal Government, he has worked in several departments and agencies as an auditor and consultant. He attended McGill University before moving to Ottawa, where he graduated from Carleton University in 1990. In 2021, he earned Ontario Soccer’s Meritorious Award.

Raul is one of the Club's Directors at Large. He has been in love with the sport since a very young age, and volunteers time and experience to support the club’s mission to grow the game. He is passionate about player development and committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where players get a sense of belonging, sportsmanship, leadership, and can foster friendships that last a lifetime.
Raul Conde

Boris is one of the Club's Directors at Large. Boris is a Canadian National 'A' Licensed Coach, Ontario Soccer Learning Facilitator, and EOS Technical Coordinator. He was, for 22 years, the Nepean Hotspurs Club Head Coach, coaching all age groups within Hotspurs: from Rec U4/5 to Men's Premiere teams. He has been on the BOD since 2024.
Boris Bajagic

Marija is one of the Club's Directors at Large. She serves as a Board Member with a focus on transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth. Originally from Croatia, she has called Ottawa home for over 17 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb. She brings over 20 years of business experience, including managing a small business, while raising three children and staying actively involved in our community.
