How to Register

All players interested in playing soccer with NHSC must register through our secure online registration system.

You can quickly and easily setup your player information, view available programs then register and pay online.


Let's Get Registered!

Registering for the first time:

  1. Visit: https://nepeanhotspurs.powerupsports.com/
  2. Create an account: Click the “Sign Up” link, input your email and create a password to create a new account.
  3. Register as a parent, or an adult player: If you are registering a child under 18 you will add yourself as a guardian, or if you are over 18 and registering yourself you will create a profile for yourself as a player.
  4. Add any children: Next, add any children you may have as additional players. Please ensure that their date of birth is correct as registration options are based on this information. An incorrect date of birth may lead to registration problems or an invalid registration.
  5. Provide proof of age to the club: All players who are new to the club must provide us with proof of age. You must upload this to the player's profile. **some programs also require a player photo; if a required item is missing from the player's profile you will be prompted with an orange alert on the program registration option. You will need to fulfill these requirements before you can proceed to add the item to your basket.
  6. Register for programs: With all players added, go to the home page and click the “Register Now” option. You will see the available programs for each family member you have entered. Choose the appropriate program(s) for the player(s) you would like to register and complete the checkout steps to accept all agreements and pay!
  7. Congratulations! You’re now a registered member with the Nepean Hotspurs.


Already have an account:

  1. Visit: https://nepeanhotspurs.powerupsports.com/
  2. Enter your email and password to login to your account.
  3. Click “Profile” on the left hand side and ensure that all player details are correct. Please ensure that dates of birth are correct as registration options are based on this information. An incorrect date of birth may lead to registration problems or an invalid registration.
  4. Register for programs: With all player information confirmed, go to the home page and click the “Register Now” option. You will see the available programs for each family member you have registered. Choose the appropriate program(s) for the player(s) you would like to register and complete the checkout steps to accept all agreements and pay. 

**some programs require proof of date of birth, and/or a photo; if a required item is missing from the player's profile you will be prompted with an orange alert on the program registration option. You will need to fulfill these requirements before you can proceed to add the item to your basket.

Other Registration Information

  • YOUTH means players who are not yet 18 years of age at the time of registration – these players must be registered by a parent or guardian.

  • ADULT means players who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration – these players must register themselves.


  • PROOF OF AGE – Players who have registered with the Hotspurs previously do not need to (re)submit Proof of Age. Players NEW to the Hotspurs, must provide Proof of Age. We accept birth certificates, passports, health cards or citizenship cards. These must be uploaded to the player's profile to be verified. If you would prefer not to upload a copy of one of these documents you can provide the item in person during office hours for verification. We do not keep a copy of your proof of age once it has been verified.


  • PAYMENT – we prefer payment to be made online using your credit card.  If you would prefer to pay by cash, cheque or e-transfer complete the registration steps online, including acknowledgement of the waivers and exit at the final payment page. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. You must then provide payment by one of the means below:
  • Personal Cheque – Print your receipt, write the order number on your cheque and mail or drop off the cheque at the Club office.
  • Cash – DO NOT MAIL CASH. Please bring your cash payment and a copy of your receipt or order number to the Club office during regular open hours.
  • E-transfer - payments by e-transfer can be sent to gm@nepeanhotspurs.ca; please indicate the registrant's name or order number in the memo/notes of the e-transfer.
