Men’s & Women’s Adult Recreational Program

Our Senior Recreational Program is for players who are looking to continue playing organized soccer at the recreational level beyond our youth programming. If you are looking to get out once-a-week to continue playing the sport you love or you are looking to get into soccer for the first time then this is the right program for you.


Adult Recreational teams play in the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League (OCSL). There are many different recreational division levels available to teams ranging from Recreational division 1 to 8 for men and Recreational division 1 to 4 for women. There are also Over 35 men’s divisions 1 to 6, as well as three Masters divisions for players aged 50 and older.
