We recently bid farewell to Byron Croes-Lacroix whose professional life has taken him to new opportunities abroad. We wish Byron all the best in his new chapter and cannot adequately express our heartfelt gratitude for the tremendous impact he has had within the Club over the last 2 years. His dedication to recruitment and mentorship of match officials has been exceptional and will have a lasting impact. Byron will certainly be missed! Thank you, Byron.

While we are sad to see Byron go, we are also excited to introduce the newest addition to our team, Chris Wade, who joins us as our new Head Referee and Assignor.

Chris comes to us with nearly a decade of experience as a Club Head Referee and 17 years of experience as a referee. He is a Certified Match Official Assessor, a Certified Club Match Official Instructor, and a certified Ontario Soccer Match Official Mentor Instructor. He also has 13 years of experience as a certified Discipline Panel Chair and has served on hundreds of panels across leagues within the province, namely the OCSL and ERSL (now EOSL).

We are confident he will make a significant impact on our team and contribute to the continued success of the Hotspurs.
